OurDream AI not loading, not sending your login code, or not replying? OurDream's help center has a fix for most of these, but it's spread across several articles. Here they are in one place, in the order worth trying, checked Oct 7, 2026.
Most problems clear with a refresh, a cache clear, or another browser. For login, OurDream uses an email verification code: check spam and wait up to an hour. If you paid but still look "Free," press "sync" next to Active Subscription. Failed generations refund coins automatically. OurDream posts outages on Discord; we found no public status page.

OurDream login: verification code not arriving
OurDream signs you in with a code sent by email. If it doesn't come, the help center gives three usual causes: it "hit your junk mail or filters," "the e-mail was typed in incorrectly," or "there is a short delay." It recommends checking those and "waiting an hour" before contacting support.[1]
On a phone, remember there's no OurDream app; you sign in on ourdream.ai or the home-screen shortcut.[2] Apps on Google Play with similar names aren't OurDream's; see our OurDream AI app guide.
OurDream chat not responding
OurDream's help center lists these causes:[3]

OurDream admits its moderation "is a bit too sensitive right now and may flag safe content," and says it stays strict "to comply with our third-party payment providers."[4]
Free accounts pay 1 dreamcoin per message,[5] so a free account with no coins will stall. See Is OurDream AI free?
Images or video failing
OurDream's error messages and what they mean:[6]
- "Request check timed out (Refunded)": it took too long. Wait 2 to 3 minutes and retry; coins are refunded.
- "Content policy violation": the prompt was blocked. Rephrase; coins are refunded.
- "Server error": OurDream's side. Wait 5 minutes; coins are refunded.
- "Insufficient dreamcoins": top up or wait for your monthly coins.
If refunded coins don't reappear within 15 minutes, refresh, log out and back in, and contact support with the time and what you were generating.[6] Images and video need a subscription in the first place.[7] Coin costs are in our OurDream video and image guide.
Paid, but your account still shows Free
OurDream's troubleshooting guide says to press the "sync" button to the right of your profile, beside "Active Subscription." It says this "is especially helpful for users who purchased coins or a subscription and are not able to access them yet."[8] Before that, give it time: OurDream says the most common reason is that "payment is still processing," typically 2 to 15 minutes for cards and 15 minutes to 24 hours for crypto.[9]
If your payment didn't go through at all, note that OurDream doesn't accept PayPal.[10] For declined payments, it suggests double-checking card details, trying another card or crypto, and, as the "easiest thing to do," buying coins or a subscription through the reseller G2A.[11] Many banks also decline adult-site charges, though OurDream doesn't say so.
Is OurDream AI down?
We found no public OurDream status page. Unverified OurDream's help center repeatedly points to its Discord for "real-time service updates" and "service status updates."[6] If ourdream.ai won't load on two browsers and two networks, it's probably on OurDream's side; check Discord before contacting support.
The universal fixes
OurDream's basic troubleshooting list:[8]
- Clear cache and cookies.
- Switch browsers (for example, Chrome to Edge).
- Try chatting or generating in incognito mode.
- Turn off ad blockers and VPNs.
- Refresh the tab.

OurDream suggests checking card details, trying another card or crypto, updating saved payment methods, or buying through the reseller G2A. It doesn't accept PayPal.
