What GirlfriendGPT is, and who runs it
GirlfriendGPT, at gptgirlfriend.online, describes itself as "a NSFW AI chat platform that allows you to chat with AI girlfriends and AI boyfriends, for roleplay, sexting and more."[2] You can chat with community-made characters, create your own, and generate images and short videos on higher tiers.[3] It sorts its library by dozens of tags, including romance, fantasy and many taboo roleplay themes.[3]
According to its terms, the site is owned by NextDay AI Incorporated, based in Quebec, Canada, with two subsidiaries: NextDay AI USA Inc (Delaware) and NextDay AI EU Ltd (Cyprus).[1] The addresses given are 4388 Saint-Denis, Suite 200, Montreal; a Delaware suite address; and 2 Poreias, Limassol.[1] Its community guidelines ban underage characters, including fictional or AI-drawn ones.[4]
How we reviewed GirlfriendGPT
On October 7, 2026 we read GirlfriendGPT's Terms of Use (last modified June 18, 2026), which include its refund and cancellation policies; its Privacy Notice (last modified April 13, 2026); its community guidelines; its FAQ page; and the plan and billing text built into its site code. We compared prices with two independent trackers and checked Trustpilot and ScamAdviser.
Live checkout prices appear only after login, and we don't open accounts for desk research. When we test, we'll confirm checkout prices, the statement descriptor, message counts and a real cancellation.
GirlfriendGPT pricing, and why sources disagree
GirlfriendGPT currently publishes two different price lists:
- Its FAQ page says: "Premium Plan: $15 per month, Deluxe Plan: $35 per month, Elite Plan: $50 per month."[5]
- An FAQ block embedded in its homepage code still says: "Basic Plan: $5 per month, Premium Plan: $10 per month, Deluxe Plan: $35 per month."[2]
Two independent trackers recorded the $15/$35/$50 structure in September 2026, along with yearly prices.[6][7] We treat that as current and the homepage figures as stale. If a review quotes $5 or $10, it's probably reading the old FAQ.

What paid plans include: the terms say paid users can create more characters and get "credits of 5000 up to 20000 per month depending on the subscription tier," which reset monthly and "cannot be carried over."[1] The site code lists features by tier, including 5,000 and 20,000 messages a month, an "unlimited messages" option, NSFW chat, voice, in-chat pictures, 8K to 32K context, and video generation of up to 5 or 10 seconds.[3] We can't confirm which features belong to which tier without an account.
Is GirlfriendGPT free?
The core service is free. The terms give this example: free users "can generate up to 2 or 3 characters and have a limited message count, such as 10 to 20 messages in total. After reaching this limit, users cannot continue chatting." They can then earn more credits "by completing specified tasks."[1] The site code also mentions a free trial that unlocks an "Elite Chat Model."[3] Treat the free tier as a short preview.
GirlfriendGPT promo codes and discounts
We found no promo code published by GirlfriendGPT itself as of October 7, 2026. Coupon sites disagree. Is GirlfriendGPT safe and legit?
Legit: a named company with offices in three countries runs it, under published terms. ScamAdviser rated gptgirlfriend.online a "slightly low" 60 on October 7, 2026, noting that "several, mainly negative reviews were found," but also that the domain has been registered for several years and accepts payment methods that let you get your money back.[10]
Billing: payment runs through processors including CCBill and TrustPay.[1] The site code includes a renewal notice saying the subscription "automatically renews," that you'll "be notified in advance if the... amount increases," and that "your purchase will appear as NDAI.CHAT on your statement."[3] Descriptor to confirm at checkout
Privacy: the privacy notice says GirlfriendGPT won't "disclose, sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third parties without your consent," except as the policy describes.[11] Three points to weigh:
- Six-year retention. "When you terminate your account, we will still retain your personal information for a period of time. Usually, we will store your personal information for a period of 6 (six) years after you cease being a User."[11] That's much longer than most rivals say.
- Moderation. The notice mentions a moderation team that "checks that you are in compliance with law."[11]
- Analytics and ads. It receives technical data from analytics providers such as Google Analytics and from advertising networks.[11]
How to cancel GirlfriendGPT and ask for a refund
Cancel on the site: use "the manage subscription page of your account." Cancel before the next billing cycle starts: a request received after a new period begins "may result in charges for that billing cycle." You should get a confirmation email.[1]
Cancel through CCBill, if that's how you paid:[1]
- Sign in at CCBill's consumer support site.
- Click the Billing tab.
- Find the GirlfriendGPT subscription and click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm. Access runs to the end of the current cycle, with no refund for the unused part.
Refunds: "GIRLFRIENDGPT does not offer refunds for subscriptions that have been paid for," though it may if it "made a mistake or if there is a technical issue." CCBill purchases are refunded through CCBill under its policy. Other payments go to support for case-by-case review. Requests "are reviewed and refunded within 14 days," and if your country's consumer law is stricter, you get the stricter rule.[1]
What GirlfriendGPT users report
- Trustpilot: 2.7 from 4 reviews on October 7, 2026, an unclaimed profile, with three 1-star reviews and one 2-star review. The most recent (December 2025) complains of an "extremely poor image generator" that "repeatedly creates exactly the same thing" and basic functions "flat out not working."[12] Four reviews is far too few to generalize from.
