Who runs Lovescape?
Lovescape's terms name Warmtech Ltd, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under number HE 418620, with its registered office at Spyrou Kyprianou 75, Potamos Germasogeias, Limassol. The terms are governed by Cypriot law, with disputes before the courts of Cyprus, and users must be 18 or older.[1] The terms describe the service as "an artificial intelligence not safe for work (AI NSFW) chat platform."[1]
A named, registered company with a published registration number is the first test of legitimacy, and Lovescape passes it. So does its pricing: every plan, on every billing term, is on a public subscription page, which isn't true of many rivals.[2]

Is Lovescape a scam?
We found no regulator, court or consumer agency calling Lovescape a scam. ScamAdviser gave lovescape.com its top trust score of 100 on October 7, 2026, while noting the registrar has "a high percentage of spammers and fraud sites."[3] That registrar note is common among young sites and says nothing specific about Lovescape.
Two things probably fuel the "scam" searches:
- The Trustpilot notice. On October 7, 2026, Lovescape's Trustpilot page said the profile "has been removed" because the business "goes against our guidelines."[4] Trustpilot doesn't say why. Candy AI's and OurDream AI's profiles carry the same notice, so it isn't unique to Lovescape. We don't speculate on the reason.
- Strict money rules. The contract terms below are the kind that leave people feeling cheated even when they're disclosed.
Prices have also moved. Lovescape's own February 2026 blog quoted annual Premium at $71.88; the subscription page showed $95.88 on October 7, 2026.[5][2] If a site quotes the old price, it's out of date, not a bait-and-switch by Lovescape.
Is it safe to pay Lovescape?
Lovescape's help center says it takes Visa and Mastercard with Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode, plus cryptocurrency, and that payments "appear with neutral descriptions on bank statements."[6] It doesn't publish the exact descriptor. To verify
The contract is where to be careful:[1]
- Auto-renewal on monthly and yearly plans.
- "The current month's subscription is considered provided and cannot be cancelled." Cancelling stops future payments only.
- No general refund policy. Refunds are otherwise governed by rules posted or imposed by the payment processor, and there's no refund if Lovescape terminates you for breaking its rules. We found no separate refund policy on the site.
- Chips are non-refundable once bought, don't expire, and can only be bought with an active subscription.[7]
- Chargebacks. The terms ask you not to report legitimate charges as fraudulent or unauthorized. Contact [email protected] first.
Practical upshot: start with one month ($19.99) rather than a year until you're sure, and keep an eye on renewal dates.
Is the Lovescape "lifetime" plan safe to buy?
Lovescape sells an "Ultra" plan for a one-time $399.60, with 4,000 chips a month.[8] Read clause 3.6 of the terms first. "Lifetime" refers "solely to the duration of the service's commercial availability and does not imply access for the lifetime of the user," Lovescape may "modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time," and if it's discontinued, no refunds are due.[1] That's a bet on the company lasting more than four years, since Ultra costs about the same as four years of annual Premium at $95.88 (our arithmetic).
Is your data safe on Lovescape?
The privacy policy says Lovescape has "never sold and will never sell" your personal data, and uses encryption "in the transmission of your personal data."[9] Weigh that against three points:
- Moderation access. The terms say Lovescape "may access, review, screen, edit, modify and delete your Content at any time and for any reason," including "to provide and develop the Services."[1]
- Public content can be used in marketing. Anything you make public "may be used by us for promotional, marketing, or advertising purposes," with no separate consent required.[1]
- Encryption at rest isn't promised. The help center mentions "encrypted interactions,"[6] but the privacy policy describes encryption in transit only.[9] The policy is the document that counts.
How to cancel Lovescape
Lovescape's help center says you can cancel "anytime via account settings," and keep access until the end of the billing period.[6] Cancel a few days before renewal, keep the confirmation, and remember that the current month won't be refunded under the terms.[1] If you can't find the option, email [email protected] from your account email.
